Columbus Day Haul! [Forever 21 and Burlington Coat Factory]

Hi guys!
So, on Columbus Day, I had the day off from work and my mother needed to get a dress for a wedding she's attending. She invited me along with her, and I figured 'Eh, I'll just go because I need a new purse'.  Of course... I bought more than just a purse.  So, I will show you what I brought!
I'll start with Forever 21, because it's one of my favorite stores to go to for more 'casual' wear (well, casual for me).
The first thing I saw were these pants. Animal print is weird for me, it has to be some sort of metallic color and have a background of black or white.  I tend to go for leopard print more than anything else... and I got the last pair of these in my size.
Here's a closeup of the print. I like gold in my clothes because I have warm/neutral undertones and gold looks better on me.

Then I got two jumpers for myself. I got one grey (which is so NOT my color normally) because I can wear it with most of my black clothes and my white clothes. The tartan jumper was right up my alley.. Forever 21 is sort of going crazy with their "schoolgirl" line, meaning there are a lot of clothes that are very reminiscent of what a school aged person would wear.  They also have a lot of Varsity jackets this fall too.  I had to decide between getting this jumper and a skirt of the same pattern, but the grey jumper is a jumper skirt so I figured I'd get the shorts.

I saw this. And I had to have it. I'm a Disney and Pixar freak, plus Wall-E is my second favorite Pixar movie. It makes me cry. Every time I watch it.
Then there's this jacket. Looks like a normal jacket right? Let me show you the back...
Awesome right? I've always wanted a jacket with something bold on the back, so when I saw this I had to have it.  Funny thing is, I saw it from behind on a mannequin and I was very prepare to rip it right off of the thing. Fortunately, one of the workers on the floor managed to find it for me in the BOGO section.
Lastly I got some accessories for myself. Every time I go into Forever 21 I come out with some sort of accessories for my mane. It doesn't help that they are one of the few stores I've found that sell the stretchy Usamimi headbands that are able to hold back my hair when it's curly. Anywhoodle, I just picked up two bows (they're the same color because I put them on my hair when it's in Panda buns), a bunch of hair scrunchies (who doesn't need hair scrunchies), and a flower crown. I KNOW I'm late with the whole flower crown fad, but I've always wanted one exactly like this and I finally found one (when I want something, I'm usually really specific and picky about it).

That's all I got from forever 21! Next is Burlington Coat Factory!
The first thing I picked up from Burlington was this blue coat. I've always wanted a coat like this for the fall and when I saw this, I had to have it! It's by Tommy Girl, a sub-brand of Tommy Hilfiger. This coat was only eighteen dollars, so I snagged it right up.
Here is the only less blurry picture of the adorable charm hanging near the side of the coat. It's removable, so if you don't like it, you can take it off. Also, a lot of these pictures seem to be blurry/have crap in the way, and that's totally my fault, I'm sorry!
I picked up this cute blouse and sweater also.  It seems when fall hits I tend to wear more neutral colors and more primary colors too (mostly rich red and blue), where as in the spring and summer I go with softer colors (like pastels).  I thought these two things were so cute and they're also work appropriate in my case.

I saved the best for last... presenting... the thing I am most excited about.
My new bag! It's a Betsey Johnson bag and oh my goodness, I have wanted a Betsy Johnson bag for so long.  All of her bags have been so expensive though! Her clothes too, and she has some pretty adorable stuff.  I wanted to get some clothes from her line but they didn't have anything in my size, only plus size.  I have to admit this is a good thing, because Burlington is VERY plus size friendly. So I saw this bag, and I knew I wanted it... I was even happier when I found out it was only forty dollars! The retail price for this bag is a hundred dollars, so I was quite pleased.  This bag is roomy, has pockets, AND it's adorable, it's the perfect bag for me!

A closer look of the pattern on the bag. Roses and skulls, just my style (or a least one portion of it ^^;). Gosh I love this bag so much!

So that's all for my haul! Thank you so much for reading this picture heavy post, I really appreciate it!
